Refund policy

General Provisions

This return policy applies to all products purchased in our online store.
We aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience by providing a clear and fair return procedure.

Return Period

You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

You may exercise the right of return if:

the product is new, unused, and undamaged;

the original labels, packaging, and full комплектation are preserved;

the product has not been installed or connected to the electrical network.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns if:

the product has been used or installed (e.g., the lamp was mounted, connected, or switched on in the electrical network);

there are visible signs of use, scratches, or damage;

the original packaging is lost or damaged;

the product was damaged due to improper use or installation.

For electrical products (lighting fixtures), this is standard and legally permitted practice for safety reasons.

Return Process

To return a product:

Please provide:

the order number,

the product,

the reason for return,

photos (if the product is defective).

Within 1–2 business days, we will send you the return instructions.

Products may be returned through any parcel terminal or by courier (upon prior agreement).

Return Costs

If the product is suitable and without defects, the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

If the product is defective, all return costs are covered by us.

Refunds

Refunds for returned products are processed within:

2–7 business days
from the moment we confirm that the returned product is in proper condition.

(Important!)

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, together with shipping costs if the product is defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the received product does not meet quality requirements or has defects, contact us immediately.
We may ask you to provide photos, after which we will:

replace the product with a new one,

or issue a full refund,

and cover all shipping expenses.
