Free delivery for orders over 50 €

Courier Delivery

Product Returns
Returns of Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective,
the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Returned products must be sent in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all included accessories.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is defective or received damaged, we will:
cover the return shipping costs;
replace the product or issue a refund within 2–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
To document defects, we recommend providing photos or videos before sending the product back.
